Consulting is rewarding but challenging work. West Monroe Partners offers a generous paid-time off (PTO) program that allows you to relax and recharge your battery. Our PTO program encompasses traditional vacation time along with paid personal time off and sick leave—allowing you the flexibility to determine how, when, and for what purpose you take time away from work. Your available number of PTO days ranges from 20 to 30 days per year, depending on your career level. In addition, we have an annual calendar of corporate holidays.
